Malone Commercial Brokers is proud to announce that Cheri Bonawitz, CCIM, has been named the 2024 REALTOR® of the Year by the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors (MCAR). This prestigious award recognizes Cheri’s exceptional contributions to the commercial real estate industry, her leadership roles, and her commitment to community service.
Cheri has been a broker since 2007 and with Malone since 2018. She is known for her expertise in business brokerage and diverse commercial transactions. Her recent high-profile deals include the $2.5 million sale of VIP Tour & Charter Bus Company and a $1.2 million Wells motel property transaction.
As MCAR’s President-Elect and the incoming New England CCIM Chapter President, Bonawitz continues to shape the industry. Her dedication extends beyond real estate, serving on the Board of Directors for USA Hockey.
